Terms of Use
These terms describe the intended use of TOTALIS during its private-beta and development stages.
Media player software
TOTALIS is a media player and entertainment interface only. It does not provide, sell, host or operate IPTV services, television channels, video streams or media subscriptions.
Content and services
TOTALIS does not sell access to, provide access to, or direct users to unauthorised or illegal streaming services or content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that media, services, playlists and sources they choose to use are legitimate and that they have the appropriate rights or permissions to access them.
Third-party integrations
Optional third-party services may be supported by TOTALIS. Those services remain independent and may be governed by their own terms, availability and policies.
Private beta
TOTALIS remains in active development. Features, compatibility, appearance and functionality may change before version 1.0.
Acceptable use
TOTALIS should be used only with content and services that the user is lawfully entitled to access.
